This auction is for a black and white in-store display photo from the defunct video store chain Suncoast. Size 40”x40” with frame. Perfect present for the hardcore MST3K fan! I worked at Suncoast in the late 1990s. When they changed out the display photos (which was almost never) I jumped on the chance to get this. Unfortunately, I had to get it from the dumpster, so it has some damage. I was told this was protocol, that we needed to physically place it in the dumpster and mark it as disposed before I could abscond with it. Luckily, it was printed on heavy foam stock, so the damage is minimal and it still looks great in spite of it. Please see the photos for an idea of the wear and tear. There is a crease that runs across the image horizontally, along with some divots and scratches. Considering how infrequently Suncoast changed out its display photos, and the fact that MST3K was an off the air show with a cult following at the time Suncoast closed up, I would imagine these display items are Very Rare. Ive only ever seen one or two on eBay, and they werent MST3K. The photo comes with a custom black frame that I had made after I brought it home.
