Based on my limited research, this is a 1920's antique Red Goose Shoes advertising statue. These small 4.5" chalkware figurines were displayed in authorized shoe stores for kids to play with while waiting to try on shoes to keep them entertained. The statue is a rare find and in very nice condition for its age! However, it does have minor imperfections as most of the surviving statues would.
