Swank Store Advertising Vtg Counter Card Shoe Shine Kit Coin Bank Le Telephone circa mid 20th century. It has a fold out cardboard stand on the back and does not appear to have even been used. card measures about 13.5″h X 11″w (dollar bill shown in image for size comparison only), the envelope is a bit larger to accommodate the card. Vintage, used condition, envelope is rather dirty and discolored with some creasing, card itself has some discoloration on back. See photos.
